i. Undertake a comprehensive assessment of the state of infrastructure of all existing Youth Leadership Institutes and Resource Centers across the country. ii. Based on the findings of the assessment exercise, prepare and implement detailed proposals for the renovation, rehabilitation, retrofitting, expansion, completion, or commissioning of the identified youth resource centers. iii. Review and rationalize the mandates, management and operations of all existing Youth Leadership institutions and organizations, and consolidate those with overlapping functions. iv. Strengthen mentorship and counselling programmes in existing Youth Leadership institutions to support personal and professional growth of young people.
